Join us for an exhilarating fitness challenge as we take CrossFit beyond the confines of the gym and into the great outdoors.
In this unique event, mixed-gender teams of four athletes (consisting of 2 men and 2 women) will have the opportunity to compete alongside 10x CrossFit Games Champion, Rich Froning. Together, athletes will navigate a rigorous 4-mile trail at Noccalula Falls Park in Gadsden, Alabama. With its long and technical trails, Noccalula Falls provides a stunning yet challenging backdrop for this unforgettable experience.
