From Sunday September 29th to Sunday October 6th, 2024, Mayhem Mission, together with Sixsport Ministry and their gym, TotalFit Box Academy, will be teaming up for a week-long fitness training camp in Barcelona, Spain!

In a country where only 2% of the population are committed Christ followers, Totalfit Box Academy goal is to "train Total Athletes" to achieve OPTIMAL HEALTH, growing in body, mind and spirit, with Christ at the center.

Set in the beautiful landscape of greater Barcelona, the first half of the week will consist of a coaches training and fellowship, where Christian fitness coaches will learn SixSport and TotalFit faith-based methodology of coaching.

The second half targets non-Christian athletes with a goal of providing top-notch physical training while also addressing the spiritual.

With extensive experience running sports camps for youth, this will be TotalFit's first CrossFit-based camp for adults.

They are excited to team up with Mayhem Mission for a trip we are all hoping to continue annually!
